No - incompetence wink
I honestly thought I'd clicked 'Reply to Story'. Sorry mate.

To answer your question:

As a security measure in Firefox, by default it will only allow you to install extensions that are hosted on two Mozilla websites ('addons' and 'update').

At the moment the Netcraft toolbar is only available on the Netcraft website, and so Firefox blocks it by default. You have two solutions to this problem:

* Wait for mozilla to update their website (which sometimes seems to take a while - I think they wait for a mozilla developer to recommend an extension).

* Change your Firefox settings to allow installation from the Netcraft website. I personally believe it is safe to do so, as Netcraft are a reputable company, but obviously there are others on TalkBack who do not. Your choice.

Hope this helps
