its simple
we do it all the time. customers call in, we reenable their account and advise ways to clean it. tutoring and information. we do get repeat offenders because they cant figure out how to run adaware, avast, housecall, panda activescan, spybot, hijack this, etc, etc, etc. but if youre disabled 3 times, then third strike, youre out. but customers willing to work with us and learn how to run at least adaware and an av (minimum) then theres not a prob. hell, my gf hasnt had spyware since i met her (nor virii) and my family calls a lot less since i showed them how to use adaware, spybot and their av program. they still call because windows networking (military intelligence, anyone?) isnt working.
