Sex offenders can fool polygraphs when they are in deep denial and controlled. In fact, he did solicit as accused and there were other victims as well and had he testified they would have been called, and he knew it. I have seen photos he had already removed from his computer and encrypted. His behavior was totally consistent with a predator grooming a victim. He, in fact, committed far worse acts than he was accused of and convicted of and he will reoffend when he's out from the legal radar. He was molested himself and sees nothing wrong with even the idea of the activities he was accused of. Such is the sick mind of sex offenders. What he did was heinous; what he speaks are the twisted thoughts of one who claims to have been victimized by the accuser, his own neice who loved and trusted him and did not report all initially to protect him and her own shame.
