Presumption
The scary part of the judge's decision was that the *existence* of encryption software on the computer was enough for presumption of guilt (if he was quoted correctly). Hope you remember your opinion when the police, or god forbid FBI, DHS, or the other alphabet soups, show up at your door with a warrant to search/confiscate your computer because you bought encryption software and they presume you are trying to hide illegal activities.
