but what I'm hearing...: ...is that this individual believes it's "sweet" that someone CAN and WOULD do this. It's still criminal, plain and simple. There's nothing honorable about find a new and creative way to attack someone who never hurt you in the first place. It's merely assault by technology.

Again, my point is that innocent users -- people who had nothing to do with the creation of this technology in the first place (e.g. Microsoft et al) -- are being victimized by malcontents who are ill-intentioned and destructive.
