House approves spyware bill--again

"1" on the "10" Scale

I guess I thought there were a few more important things going on in the country that required a little more attention. Fooled me, again. Posturing for the next election cycle. The Senate will still be contemplating their navels by then, anyway.

This reads just like everything else - "We'll mess with you any way we choose, unless you are big enough to tie us up in court for 10 years, then we'll split the difference (Uncle Sam get's his 20%) and you'll have move on to the next legal (currently), albeit unethical, "business opportunity". Not a name recognized on the NYSE will ever get even "sniffed" in this one.

Fix the schools and the healthcare system, then mess with the stuff you don't get. Be deliberative and less knee-jerk blog-op driven (modern version of the photo-op). I should copyright that one.
