Hide it in plain sight.
If you have an encrypted file or other means of saving your passwords, use a passphrase related to an object in your office, a picture, etc. For example "my kids and me at the beach" as a passphrase when you have a picture on your desk, or "boat on the water at sunset" from your monthly calendar, or the name on a business card you carry in your wallet. I have an aircleaner on may desk that has "Ti02+UV=Cleanair" written on it that would make a great passphrase (I don't use it). Write a sentence on a sheet of paper that has the passphrase as the first letter of each word, etc. Write down a paragraph that has a passphrase hint hidden in it somewhere. Leave around several false versions of the hint. There are so many possible sources it would take forever for someone to guess what you used, let alone the passphrase itself, but you would never forget it.
