Bad Advice, VERY bad advice
A Pentium 4, 2.4 Ghz can discover any password using regular language less than 6 characters in length in less than 45 minutes. add a number it goes to about 1 hours 15 minutes. Add a non alpha-numeric, it goes to 4 hours, then double it for every additional character.

Passwords MUST contain a MINIMUM 8 characters, with a minumim TWO non-alpha-numeric characters, and at least ONE number.

The password examples you have given may as well be taped to the monitor.
