One problem is right
I forgot to mention you have limited time. The isp will get sick of you knocking on different ports other than 80 to fix it.

You were right in the title but introduced 2 additional feely touchy problems that can be overcome with technology. The isp will have a tools page for their users to hold their hand.

If you are not a car mechanic and your ball joints are shot, you are going to be towed off the road. Maybe with a little legislation it could work. Then it doesn't matter where he shops.

But then nothing will happen because all we do is fight over it in this country.
