Not that I'm a foil hat wearing cook
But wrapping the radio-enabled device (Passport) in mental foil will create a faraday cage around it preventing the transmission from entering or escaping. If the passport is completely covered, it should remain undetected by readers. Look up "Faraday Cage" to learn more.
