Company uniform = Tin foil hats
"VoteHere has tentatively linked the suspect to a number of advocacy groups critical of electronic voting systems."

Oh boy, tin foil hats in that company are standard issue.

said Adler. "People draw the wrong conclusion, that because there was this intrusion, therefore you can't have confidence in e-voting"

Nothing to do with it, people don't have confidence in e-voting because the result can't be validated.

Anything in a computer can be changed without trace, so the votes recorded may not be the same as the votes originally registered by the voters.

Without the voter verified paper trail you have nothing real to recount. You would simply be recounting the falsified version of the votes.

Walmart print till receipts because the customer doesn't trust Walmart or the cashier. They print a backup roll because Walmart doesn't trust their cashier or the customer.
Thats for $10 worth of replaceable groceries.

Its just a printer, yet these electronic voting companies are acting like its the end of the world for them if they have to make a paper trail!
