I'm sure anyone can exploit any of these procs.
The new 64/32 bit chips are more secure but hackers are always gonna hack and that won't change. I'm a build-my-own pc guy so I use various AMD processors and will likely remain loyal unless a better alternative presents itself. G5 runs too hot and too slow to be a serious competitor to either Intel or AMD so it's not really a factor unless you have irrational hatred of higher performance.
