Horsepuckies, and you know it. You must be a Spammer because only a Spammer could think like that.

Mailings are paid for. And in fact (and this is a fact) mass-mailings are the only thing that keep the USPS solvent, and keep the mail system as inexpensive as it is.

SPAM is a free-ride and the cost is burdened by the RECEIVERS of the SPAM, not the Spammer themselves. Causing financial loss to other people by your actions is not a legal commercial enterprise.

That's exactly why Fax-Spam is illegal, and email SPAM should be illegal for the same exact reasons. It places undue financial loss on the receivers end.
