Yes! Good for Symantec!
Software companies should follow Symantec's example and nail these theives to the wall. I continue to receive all kinds of spam pushing obviously counterfeit software goods. Hopefully Symantec continues to pursue these crooks in the future. And although I personally support CAN-spam, they are correct that ISPs should be held responsible for mass mailers of junk mail. CAN-spam essentially makes junk mail illegal, and if that is the case, the ISPs by not exercising reasonable dilligence, are accomplices. Privacy should not hold water against what amounts to an illegal commercial enterprise.
