News Flash!: The ISP asigns the IP addresses dynamically. This means the next time that computer dials in, it will get a *different* IP address.

The only solution, when the ISP refuses to fix the problem, is to blacklist the ISP.

It's not like they didn't have time and warning. They just didn't want to get off their butts and do the work.

Prediction: They'll work on it *now*.
