A perfect example of why MS is acheiving little
Why do the likes of ShadeTree defend windows on the
security front.

The opinion quoted in the article is echoed across the IT
industry, malware is killing windows! It's become a
maintenance nightmare withanti-virus subscriptions,
having to run several versions of anti-spyware software,
PCs in controlled environments that through regular web
surfing slow down to a crawl. It's now a multi-billion dollar
industry.

Please even MS recognises it, and yet here we have people
try to make excuses for it or deny it.

No need to address the points in the post as they were very
competently shot down by other posters. My post applies
not just to windows but all OSes.
