what home users know which process is which? It's very easy to say what you did shade, but come on now, use common sense here. The users at home haven't a clue what services should be running and what shouldn't. I've seen things running that look similiar to what ms uses and they look like they should be, some are very tricky unless you look them up, you haven't a clue.

Sure the article is more about people fixing these problems, but not everyone takes their computer to a professional and they try to fix it themselves(and normally muck it up so bad they have to take it to a professional anyways). As the posts above show, they also hide their processes.
