eBay: Let's wait and see on tighter security

What twaddle this person is perpetrating!! In essence eBay already HAS a network of agents on whom it can call for the purpose of doing away with fraud and scams?? The several million members it deals with EVERY day!! I know of literally HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of people who would gladly give of there time to track down and report (And in fact many do already!! Every day!)security breaches within the confines of eBay. I myself have just done such a thing, in fact i have now reported this individual three times in the preceding 72 hours and what has been done?? ZILCH!! I have just had occasion to yet again report a breach of security to eBay in the last 15 minutes and the reaction?? The message has been bounced as NON-DELIVERABLE!? this form a link within eBay OWN help pages!! If they are unable to get this right then what hope something a little more complicated!!
It has also taken me 6 replies to answer a question about a breach of security which occurred with my OWN account!! A third party company "Square Trade" Had accessed my account without my express permission!! I was NOT a member of the organization. I was! But had not paid my subscriptions for over 4 months. Yet they were allowed access to my whole account because I had NOT revoked the permission to access my account. fair enough?? NO! I had changed my PASSWORD so as to disallow any such breach!! Yet this company was still allowed access even though the password they had was inadmissible!! And I had changed it as I was afraid I had inadvertently clicked on a link which I suspected would allow someone access to my account. How wrong I was!! They can apparently STILL gain access to my account with an out of date password too!!
Security?? Don't make me laugh! It hurts!!
