Don't be so hard on yourself
I've tried doing a Mike Cox myself once or twice. It's really hard. You need to pack in the subtle jabs while seeming like you are actually excited about what you are jabbing at. Things like mistaking others' disbelief about how much MS stinks for disbelief about how wonderful MS is.
