Wait, Apple is the one with the big, evil legal department?

Who sued Mike Rowe for calling his site MikeRowsSoft.com? This was after they sued all the self-help sites that they accused of infringing their trademarks and shut them down. And whatever happened to BillWatch?

Nobody has more control over their public image than Microsoft, but you're criticizing Apple because they sue sites that publicize information that's released under NDAs?

Are you saying that if I say, "here, I'll give you this information on the condition that you promise not to give it to anyone else," and the next day it's all over the Web, I don't have the right to sue anybody to find out which lying bastard I should stop trusting with my trade secrets?
