I've used it, it works
I've seen the IE flaw in action, it exists and is quite easy to take advantage of.

I've been using the patch for two weeks and have yet to encounter any errors. The updated patch also seems to work just fine.

PS: It isn't really a patch, more like a filter so it should have no effect on any future updates to IE.
