Not entirely true..
Nobody cares about world cup soccer on this side of the pond. This is a very near sighted virus author.

Just because the vast majority of US citizens aren't into soccer, doesn't mean there aren't soccer fans here. There ARE a lot of people south of the US border that DO prefer the game. It's the sport of choice for many Mexicans, Central and South Americans.

And, of course, there are a large number of immigrants from ALL over the world who have come to the US and have brought their love for the game with them. Just because it doesn't get much in the way of coverage on the news doesn't mean people aren't into it.
