RE: Once again
Please re-read your statements and consider the following:
1 - Unix folks tend to be sharper than Windows folks.
For every one Unix user there are hundreds of Windows users. Unix users are most likely computer professionals; if you look at the computer professionals among the Windows users you will find them to be just as 'sharp' as the Unix users.
2 - Unix boxes tend to be better maintained than Windows boxes.
Unix boxes tend to be servers in an IT environment. Do you expect the little old lady in Iowa to have the same computer knowledge?
3 - Unix, by design and over 35 years of contstant pummeling is more resiliant then Windows can hope to be.
Unix is not a user friendly environment, very few people run e-mail clients on it. The same features that people like in Windows make it also more susceptible to attacks, such as activeX components and other plug-ins.
I come from a research facility that employs hundreds of computers, many running Unix or a derivative, but every single user has a pc running Windows for his/her personal use.

Back to my hole...
