good enough?
I always hear those statistics that say it will take somebody 5 years with a dedicated computer to break a 128-bit cipher. For a lot of business applications this is probably good enough.

In the case of personal identities, I guess even 5 years doesn't really do it ... I'd hate to have to change my name and social every 5 years ... agnst.
