A national security issue? Are you sure?
I think of it as more of a personal privacy issue, and a computer performance issue. For me, at least for now, it's a non-issue with my choice of a *nix platform and enough knowledge to set security settings properly when I have to use Windows.

I really have no faith in our 'Department of Homeland Security', as I have yet to see it produce anything substantial, besides a bunch of excuses to erode Americans' privacy.

Speaking of national security, Echelon's watching you now, after that post! wink
